It's fashion. This Harlequin Dress from ebb & flo Canada is one of those you love it or you hate it styles. Made in Italy, this light and airy piece is a price-friendly option for any diva. Though the dress features a stretch rib band from under the bust all the way to the waist, it is a small cut with limited room for the bust. Paired with the right shoes, bag, and jewelry, it transforms into a true dazzler.  A flared ruffled bottom and sleeves makes it femine and sassy.  Think red patent shoes and a matching bag.. maybe add a black feather boa.. we have those here too, wink wink.  It's a slinky little number that's not fully appreciated until you slide it on.
 
All that being said, the ulltralight weight and anti wrinkle fabric make it a great travel piece.
