The shade is perfect.. just a little too bright, just a little to dark.. white out.. add a touch to "tone it down" a little.  Trade secret - magic - if you want fuller looking lips dab a little in the centre (top and bottom) of lips and it's just enough to create a fuller lip look.  A "dab" goes a long way.
